Last weekend I met the cutest 2-months-young baby EVER! Mom was a bit worried he’s been fretful the days before our session but he was a dream to work with. Sure, he stayed awake for almost the whole time I was there, which is expected with a baby at this age. So we ended up with great photos of both baby K sleeping and wide awake. Mom told me his best features were his big eyes and long eyelashes and I have to add to that his lips… such a gorgeous gorgeous baby!

I was SO impressed how well he could hold his head up… such a strong boy! he wouldn’t lay down, stayed like that for a very long time! So loved his expression here… just too adorable.

Thanks for a great time, C family! Your baby boy is precious! Can’t wait to see him again in a couple months!

I couple weeks ago I had the great pleasure to work again with this amazing family and oh my this little one has grown into such a beautiful baby girl! So happy and adorable she is, I had SO much fun! We’ve been discussing outfits for this beach session (we hit the family’s beach house in Tsawwassen) and I was sooo pleased with all mom’s picks: the little dresses, hats, scarves etc were gorgeous! I always bring a few (ok, A LOT! ) of my own stuff as well so we actually had to narrow down to our favorite outfits… but I am sure little Miss would look fabulous in any clothing choice!

Yes I will sound like a broken record but YES I DO photograph the most gorgeous families… and the most fun too!

Just a quick sneak peek from one of my sessions this weekend… I had the pleasure of working again with this *stunning*, super sweet family and we lucked out with the most gorgeous, warm day!
I love love LOVE the outfits mom picked, we had a blast trying them all on baby J and he was soooo good to me!
In case you were wondering… yes, I DO meet the cutest babies and indeed I have THE best job ever!

I cannot believe he is 7 months already. Here he is as a newborn, just a few months ago… oh my time sure flies!

Hope you all had a fantastic long weekend and kiddos are happily back to school! My kids were sooo excited to start the new school year, loved watching them cheerfully greet their teachers and classmates!

So now back to our regular scheduled programming… it sure was a *very* busy summer here at the Belle Meinerz Photography headquarters, I had so many wonderful sessions I can’t wait to share them all with you! Like this one at Granville Island with the most adorable little boy! I always love shooting there because it is so colourful and alive and having such beautiful subjects to photograph is just pure heaven.
I absolutely *adore* his eyes… the windows to his soul.

It was great photographing you both again and I can’t wait for our next session!
