but first, let me THANK YOU all for a wonderful 2009.

2009 was, by far, my best year in business. I met the most amazing little people, welcomed so many brand new babies, worked with wonderful clients — I had so much fun capturing the memories, the little precious moments that will forever tell their stories. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
It was also a very busy year. Especially right before Christmas. Just to give you an idea how it looked like before the holidays:

it was like that every. single. day. for a few weeks… it sure was a lot of fun (I puffy heart LOVE getting the finished product, packaging it beautifully and delivering it to my clients). Since I’ve never had THAT many goodies at the very same time in my office, I decided to grab a few shots of the oh-so-yummy products that sure made for perfect Christmas presents for lucky parents, grandparents, relatives and friends!

my clients always tell me how excited they get to open a Belle Meinerz Photography package… half of the excitement comes just from the anticipation of the fabulousness that awaits!

To all my wonderful 2009 clients, a HUGE

for making 2009 my best year so far! Here’s to a 2010 full of yummy goodies, contagious giggles and fun, fresh portraits!

2010 also comes with a a range of new products and session options… Think modern, fresh, contemporary and truly custom. I’ve been searching hi and lo for exquisite, unique high-end goodies and am pleased to announce that I’ll be offering these new portrait products in 2010. They are undoubtedly the most beautiful photography products I’ve ever laid eyes on! Stay tuned as I’ll be blogging all about it soon!

that’s not all, folks! I’m also working hard on a new website, new blog look and Belle Meinerz Photography is heading in a new direction… I am sure my clients will love the new, liberal approach to fun photography! Can’t wait to share the news!

Last but not least… have you guys been enjoying the Olympics? We went downtown yesterday for some Olympic fun and the kids went crazy! Tons of pictures to share soon!

Holiday Closure

BMP Headquarters will be closed for the Holidays starting Dec 25th through Jan 5th for a much deserved time off with family, and also to re-energize and get all the       NEW FUN STUFF ready for 2009!

I am all about giving back. And what a better time than now?

A fellow photographer, Kristen Kalp started this great *awesome* idea and I didn’t think twice when I came upon her giving is awesome website.

and it goes like that:

You know someone who’s experienced a tragedy, is struggling to stay afloat, is raising kids while holding down more than one job, or is volunteering selflessly despite extenuating personal circumstances. You know someone who can’t afford custom photography, but who would cherish it this holiday season. You know someone who deserves a year-round reminder of their family’s spirit, love, and beauty.

So hopefully in a few days I’ll be able to come here to share some of my favorite pictures from all fall sessions.. lots and lots and lots of great ones!!!

I actually just stopped by to let you know that… I only have two ONE spots left for 2008 sorry, fully booked. So if you were planning on a session this year, you’ll want to book as soon as possible. Don’t wait! (A session is not secured until the retainer fee is paid in full.)

I am so excited about the awesome changes that are taking place in 2009!
There will be new products announced so keep an eye on the blog to be the first to see it!!!
I will be offering new package selections, Signature Art Prints (custom designed metallic Art Prints with an exquisite linen texture, mounted and ready to be proudly displayed), new *gorgeous* contemporary Albums and Keepsake Boxes, among other goodies!

I’ve been swamped lately – I have been photographing the most beautiful families, they came to me for their holiday portraits so now I’m designing their Christmas cards and I am sooo excited about my 2008 Holiday Card Designs!!!

I am looking for a newborn to photograph with my new goodies – aka custom designed blankets, hats and diaper covers – especially made for me/my photography business! The designer and I need to know the exact sizes so I can order a few more one-of-a-kind pieces for me! I am so excited! 100% Uruguayan wool, really cool colors and oh so soft… just begging for a newborn!

Since my next scheduled newborn client is only in mid-October, I am looking for a brand new baby (5 days to approximately 2 – 3 weeks old) ASAP for a free session with me! yes, you read it right – you get a free *weekday* Newborn Photo Session with Belle Meinerz Photography! (session must be held on or before Oct 10th, with signed model release).
